We work closely with all Authorities and councils/shires in the greater Perth metropolitan area. We have developed close working relationships with inspectors & auditors and have developed our solid reputation through sound & professional project delivery.

Our extensive portfolio of completed projects range from small residential jobs to complex 50+ property subdivision projects. These include all stages from initial site establishment, clearing and preparation through to completed sites with connected utilities. 

Subdivisions

We have undertaken numerous subdivisions across Perth.

We have extensive experience across every aspect of subdivision construction, from deep sewer, drainage works, bulk earthworks/roadworks to preparing and connecting all utilities across the development site. 

Earthworks

DZ Civil has been successfully delivering earthworks projects across Perth and the greater metro area. Capable across all aspects, including clearing and demolition, bulk import/export of fill materials, retaining walls, roadworks, carparks and site remediation including screening, soil treatment and improvement.

Sewerage

DZ Civil specialise in infill sewer mains including pump stations, pressure mains, sewer reticulation, trenchless installation and sewer tunnels to Water Corporation specifications and standards. We have extensive experience in working safely in and around existing infrastructure, in areas of limited access, in built up areas and in the public domain.

Drainage

Our portfolio spans from urban stormwater systems, gross pollutant traps, stormwater infiltration and storage systems, subsoil drainage, repairs and maintenance. We have successfully completed many larger drainage infrastructure projects. We can offer alternate drainage solutions to suit your requirements.
